Runtune Account Deletion

01Steps in the app

• Open the Settings tab in the app and tap Delete account and data at the bottom.
• Check what will be deleted from the server and this phone, then tap Continue.
• On the screen that asks you once more, tap Delete all and they are deleted right away. This cannot be undone.

02What gets deleted

Deleting removes all of the following from the server: your account, run records and song skip and like records, health data summaries and consent records, age check and terms agreement records, taste information and cards, and your nickname and crew membership, block and report records.

Deleting your account deletes this phone's run and listening records, step records, song list and downloaded songs, and the diagnostics log.

If you delete an account that signed in with Kakao or Apple, we ask that company to disconnect it from Runtune.

If you were a crew owner, the member who has been in the crew the longest takes over the crew. If no members are left, the crew is deleted too.

03What remains after deletion

The server company's security access logs remain for a short time and are then deleted automatically.

If another law requires us to keep something, we may keep it separately for that period only.

04Asking by email

If you cannot use the app, ask for deletion at lsvuitton0428@gmail.com. In your email, include how you signed in (Kakao, Google or Apple) and your nickname.

We delete it and reply within 7 days of receiving your request.
