Runtune Terms of Service

01What Runtune is

Runtune is a running music app that plays songs while you run. Every song in the app is made with AI.

02Who can use it

Runtune is only for people aged 18 or older. Age is checked by asking you to answer for yourself when you first sign in.

You sign in with a Kakao or Google account. On iPhone you can also use your Apple account.

03What others can see

Your nickname and crew names are visible to other people.

Members of the same crew see only your nickname (including whether you are the crew owner) and how many people liked each song. Only you can see your runs, steps and health values.

Crew songs are built from the likes of crew members. In a small crew, people may be able to guess who liked which song.

Public crews show only their name and number of members to people outside the crew. People who receive an invite code can also see the crew name and number of members.

04Please keep to these

Nicknames and crew names may not contain profanity, hate, sexual content or advertising.

Do not pretend to be someone else or the operator.

05Reporting and blocking

You can report or block a crew or crew member that bothers you.

The operator reviews reports. If the rules are broken, the operator hides the crew name or deletes the nickname. In serious cases, the operator may delete the account.

06Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in Delete account and data in Settings. This deletes your account and records from the server and this phone, and it cannot be undone. The server company's security access logs remain for a short time and are then deleted automatically.

If you are a crew owner, the member who has been in the crew the longest takes over the crew. If no members are left, the crew is deleted too.

07When things change

App features may change or stop. If the Terms change, the app asks for your agreement again.
