Load, take out, drop off

  1. Scan the QR, load in any order

Scan each box's QR code and load it anywhere. The app knows which house it belongs to.

  2. Out before you arrive

The app tells you what comes out next, and the next house's box is out before you get there. One complex's worth comes out at once.

  3. Drop it, snap it, done

Leave it at the door and take a photo. That's it.

From a day bent over to a day standing tall

A driver climbs into the cargo bay a hundred times a day (from interviews with working drivers). PuzzLoader was built to cut those hundred climbs.

How it works, and the prototype

  • Stop 01 · the body100+ lifts a day

250–300 parcels a day — nearly 400 in peak season — hand-loaded in reverse delivery order. Up and down an 800mm lip a hundred times a day, the body wears down. When the bay sets the box at the door first, you just take it and step off.

  • Stop 02 · the ceilinggarage 2.3m < truck 2.4m

Raise the bay to carry more and the 2.3m garage ceiling locks you out of the complex; lower it and you carry less — the 'apartment parcel gridlock,' unchanged five years after the rule. PuzzLoader's wall-tracking compartments and a thin top panel fit more in without making the truck taller.

  • Stop 03 · the framefixed → flexible

Freight and companies differ in size, but a fixed bay never changes once built. PuzzLoader moves its dividers to resize the slots — small parcels today, bulky freight tomorrow, the same bay re-partitioned.

A few vehicles first, proven together

We take deployment inquiries directly from depots running several vehicles. How it works and the prototype videos are on the PuzzLoader page.
